Research Of Future Smart Classrooms Compositional Plan Based On High Speed Railway Position Training System

With the development of post training of Chinese High-speed Rail through practice, the training system is beginning to take shape. A three-layer training management system which includes the China Railway Corporation, the railway bureaux and the primary stations has formed. A training system based on the High-speed Rail post training specification has been initially established. A basic faculty includes both full-time and part-time teachers has been set up. The training materials and curriculum resources based on the High-speed Rail post standard has been developed. The employees trained out has met the need of High-speed Rail operation in initial stage.Through several years of practice and exploration, experience has been accumulated and early achievements has been obtained in the post training of High-speed Rail. It’s become an urgent need to summarize and organize the preliminary work, and to propose the scientific and standardized work direction and methods adapted to further development. But the vocational training of High-speed Rail especially the practical skills training is still weak. In consideration of this, the former Ministry of Railways officially started to establish the railway comprehensive High-speed Rail vocational skill training center in 2009. I was honored to join Wuhan High-speed Rail vocational skill training division in 2010, and to take part in the construction of the railway comprehensive High-speed Rail vocational skill training center.Based on the summary of the main achievements obtained in the post training of High-speed Rail, the main existing problems were found and the main types and characteristics were analyzed in this paper. Based on the concept of the Big Data applications under the Internet thinking, the construction of Digital Campus based on the taped teaching and e-teaching whiteboard application was analyzed, the construction and application of the future smart classroom of High-speed Rail skill training was conceived through the SWOT analysis method.The future smart classroom which this paper studies on is combined with the Internet thinking nowadays, adapted to the popularity and application of the information technology in education and training, conformed to the development of new teaching methods such as MOOC and Flipped Classroom. The construction scheme of the future smart classroom is studied on and completed according to the functional requirements and project research of Wuhan High-speed Rail vocational skill training division. There’s only one functional verification type of full-featured interactive classroom which has been completed and put into trial before the dead line of this paper. So the future smart classroom studied have some limitations in its overall function. In addition, as the post training of High-speed Rail will be a long-term work, the actual result of the future smart classroom studied in this paper should be carried out, evaluated and verified under long-term practice and application.
