In recent years, with the rapid development of the country’s manufacturing industry, the market demand for high-quality application-oriented talents is increasing. For this reason, many secondary vocational schools in China have opened electrical operation and control majors accordingly. As the basic course of Electrical and Electronic Technology and Skills, its teaching content is abstract and the upper and lower chapters are strongly correlated, while secondary school students are mostly teenagers between14 and 17 years old,who are at the most restless age of life, plus they have not developed good study habits in junior high school,so they are easy to have difficulties in learning this course. Therefore, this study aims to design a targeted teaching method according to the physical and mental characteristics of secondary school students,so as to improve the teaching effect of the "Electrical and Electronic Technology and Skills" course. This study firstly used literature method to organize the literature related to flipped classroom, then used questionnaire and observation method to understand the physical and mental characteristics of secondary school students, and through interviews with front-line teachers in secondary school, the characteristics of the course "Electrical and Electronic Technology and Skills" and the feasibility of implementing flipped classroom in secondary school were clarified.Based on the above investigation, this study combined the superiority of the flipped classroom, the physical and mental characteristics of secondary school students, and the characteristics of the "Electrical and Electronic Technology and Skills" course, and designed the teaching method of "learning, practicing, and speaking",which takes the flipped classroom teaching model as the framework and integrates the peer teaching method and Feynman learning method in the classroom learning process, aiming to make This method is based on a flipped classroom model and incorporates peer teaching and Feynman learning methods in the classroom learning process, aiming at a high level of student participation in the teaching process and a progressive mastery of the content in three stages: initial awareness before class, advanced awareness during class, and improved awareness after class. In order to verify the feasibility of the "learning, practicing, and speaking" method, this study was conducted in the classroom of "Electrical and Electronic Technology and Skills" in a middle school in Changchun.According to the questionnaire,55% of the students thought they could adapt to this new learning method, and 86% of them improved their academic performance compared with the previous method. However, there were also some students who thought that the pre-study stage of this method required more time investment and could not adapt to cooperative learning. Finally, the teaching practice was reflected and the shortcomings of the method in the implementation were summarized, hoping that it could provide a new teaching method with reference value for the future classroom of "Electrical and Electronic Technology and Skills".
