Research On Appraisal System Design And Construction Quality Control Problem Of High Performance Concrete Conveyed By Pumping

High performance concrete conveyed by pumping has been applied widely. Research on construction luality control problem of high performance concrete conveyed by pumping, have important significance to ensure the quality of the project.The research contents were summarized as follows:Firstly, the basic theory of the construction quality management was summarized in this paper. The definition of quality, the contents and development trends of quality management were detected. The contents and characteristics of the project construction quality management and control were elaborated. The main programs of the construction quality control were analyzed.Then, the theory and method of high performance concrete construction quality evaluation and control problem were studied. The characteristics of the pump concrete, the main factors affecting the quality of concrete construction, the main performance and the causes of the accident were analyzed. The construction quality index of high performance concrete is mainly including the mechanical properties of concrete, workability and durability of concrete. The evaluation system for quality of high performance concrete was constructed. A new quality evaluation model of high performance concrete is presented based on multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. An ultrasonic method for detecting concrete strength of concrete was presented.Lastly, a case study was given taking section H-C04 in Shyan-Tianshui highway construction for example.The results of this project have been applied to some projects, and have achieved initial results. The proposed quality control system has good practicability and operability.
