Design Research On A Mobile Intelligent Tour Guide System For The Zoo

In foreign countries, the mobile intelligent tour guide system of the zoo, parks and museums have been relatively open, free and advanced.But in our county its development is only in a beginning developing stage. The form of zoo management is backward and traditional, as well single and obsolete. Since the zoo as a symbol of urban construction and cultural development, the perfection and rationality of its facilities reflects not only the spirit of the city, but also which our society pay a attention to the culture construction. So in our country it’s very impotent to realize the scientific and wisdom management and service in a state of relatively backward.This paper take the Chongqing Zoo as an example, by collecting and collating relevant information,exploring the target user needs of the zoo mobile tour guide and the peripheral products. It’s aims to design a mobile intelligent tour guide APP and take the children smart watch as the peripheral products design for the telephone users to learn and use. In this paper, the writer mainly racaped the target user needs and builded the information architecture of the zoo mobile intelligent tour guide and it’s products,by using the goal-oriented interaction design,taking user interviews, sending survey and making user role model. Fist by taking full account of user requirements and product functionality, to find an entry point of design. And summarized the design principles of mobile intelligent tour guide and the design elements of children smart watch.Then using the products testing to summary the insufficient of product, and suggesting the improvements. At last the writer ompleted mobile intelligent tour guide APP and its peripheral product design to improve the mobile intelligent tour guide system of Chongqing zoo.
