Sany Crane Interior Design Based On Goal-oriented Design

Construction machinery has always been an important hardware. With the development of modernization process of continuous progress of infrastructure projects, the demand for construction machinery continued to increase, truck crane is one of them.This research project comes from the project about"QY100 ton crane cab interior design"between the HNU School of Design and SANY Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. in 2009.The paper focuses on two points. One point is the usage of object-oriented design methods, including material and function design goals, time goals the visual experience goals, objectives and economic goals and technological conditions goals in the design projects. Another point is the objective of building a design evaluation model, then introduced into the SANY cranes interior concept design of the assessment process, until the establishment of the final design.the paper bases on the target-oriented theory ,then imports target-oriented theory into the specific areas of business planning design, and designs in accordance with the UVTE factorization model. the main objective of the five design factors are presented in general categories of level of decomposition of the design goals. Then under the actual needs of SANY cranes in interior design, with the principle of AHP, again broken down the main target factor target factor and arrives at a design factor which matched design goals. Next to business decision makers desired-goals and objectives of the design factor matching and selection, interior design goals derive factor evaluation model concept. Final evaluation of the model applies to the design of the three rounds of the assessment process to guide the design of tasks.Research shows that goal-oriented design crane about SANY final interior design program is a satisfying result. It is the decomposition of the design factor and the evaluation model that help to finish the project. The design objective of each round of rate case assessment of all factors is intuitive and reflects of the outstanding design concept of the advantages and disadvantages clearly.
