At present, in the context of globalization, marketization, informationization deepening, the production cycle is shorter and shorter, more and more differentiated demand, market prices getting lower and lower, while there is a lot of steam turbine equipment of power generating equipment aging, backward technology, serious waste of resources, and result in different levels of environmental pollution, which run counter to resource conservation and environmental protection policy. This will be a lot of steam turbine transformation in the coming years, which is a huge market and business opportunities. In order to meet customer needs, build high-quality, rapid response and timely delivery of production process optimization as the goal to become the key enterprises to enhance competitiveness, to win the market.Thesis mainly for the reconstruction project progress Sanhe turbine research, the project production time is tight and heavy task, high quality requirements, the traditional mode of production and the organization has been unable to meet the project’s electrical output of the change in varying degrees, in terms of the project conceptual design, technical reserves, production process planning, and other aspects need to be optimized to meet the current market situation favorable there.First introduced the production organization mode Dongfang Steam Turbine Co., Ltd., and implementation of the project compared raise major problems; secondly from the status quo, schedule requirements, organization of production processes, and production planning aspects analysis to identify critical path of production, and production organization resource bottlenecks and problems affecting the production schedule for the project was to identify the characteristics of the third for the critical path, resource production bottlenecks, and the key factors affecting the production schedule given certain measures. Given the progress of the fourth period and the importance of the project, a study under the premise of guaranteeing quality, how to strengthen the production and management to ensure the progress of the item in question. Since this study is the actual implementation of the Dongfang Steam Turbine Works electricity to electricity reconstruction projects carried out, so conclusions have certain reference value for the actual work.
