The Research On The Stormwater Management Methods Of Green Land In Chengdu Sanshengxiang Area

With the acceleration of urbanization, it leds to a shortage of urban water resources, underlying surface structure change, excessive exploitation of groundwater, lagging construction of drainage system. When the storm comes, we just stress rapid emissions rather than the utilization of urban water resources and environmental issues, rain and flood disaster become more and more serious. Rainwater as one of the most direct and economical resources, not only provides new sources of water for the production of human life, but also plays an important role in supplying of regional water resource, preventing flooding and improving the urban water environment. Reasonable exploitation and efficient utilization of rainwater resources, establishing a complete management system for stormwater has become one of the most important strategic tasks of our country, not only has good ecological and social benefits, but also bring huge economic benefits.As a good stormwater infiltration and storage facility, green space is the best place to conduct stormwater utilization.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature research, this paper uses field survey, comparative analysis, basic data analysis and other research methods to select a representative area of Chengdu——Sanshengxiang area as the main research area. Using three different scales——urban region, urban community, and urban space to combine stormwater utilization with urban green space planning, discussing the technical approach and optimization strategics of stormwater management applying in different types of green lands, such as, urban parks, residential areas, roads, factories, mines and schools.This paper consists five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, purpose and significance, domestic and foreign research status and research framework of this article, the method and content, proposing the topic of this study; the second and third chapters are the part of problem analysis, by integrating the relevant concepts and research scale, combined with related factors of stormwater management and the green space planning and present situation in Chengdu Sanshengxiang area, using engineering measures to analysis and compare the pattern and relevant technologies of five foreign typical stormwater management——BMPs, LID, SUDS, WSUD and LIUDD, and combining with Chengdu citizens of stormwater collection utilization questionnaire, analyzing the non-engineering measures through the four aspects——law, regulation, economy, popularization and management; the fourth chapter is to solve problem, combining with different types of green spaces of representatives cases in Sanshengxiang area, and making conclusion of the suitable stormwater utilization measures and optimization strategy to tackle the problem of stormwater; and finally the fifth chapter summarizes the main research work of the paper, and makes advices and prospects of stormwater management of our country.
