Today,the city's flood disaster caused by heavy rain has become a global problem,which is a serious threat to the infrastructure and even the safety of life and property.With the concentrated rainfall and frequent rainstorms in the city of hilly area in southern China,urbanization not only changes the natural hilly terrain,leading to the deterioration of the environment,ecological imbalance;but also changed the process of natural circulation of water resources,the decreasing of green space and water area,and the increasing of the impervious pavement area makes this area a high incidence area of rain and flood disaster in china.Underground pipe network relying on the traditional stormwater management ideas,which means "rapid discharge,centralized treatment," made people relying on increasing the drainage capacity,the greater the pump or build stronger dyke to resist the city rain and flood disasters,this approach is not only costly,very wasteful and difficult to meet the needs of sustainable development of city.The theory of green infrastructure(referred to as GI),based on sustainable stormwater management,serves to provide an ecological framework for social,economic and environmental health of the surroundings.It is an effective way to solve the problems caused by rapid urbanization,such as the destruction of ecological balance and city waterlogging caused by rainstorm.It is also a feasible method for the construction of city double repair.In this paper,we take city in the hilly area of South China as the research object,and try to explore the city GI network strategies and methods for stormwater management.Based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign stormwater management,this paper expounds the connotation of GI and its management strategies,and analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the application of GI in this area are according to the causes of city waterlogging in hilly areas of South china.Based on the stormwater management,the construction strategy and method of GI in South hilly area is put forward.Through the construction of GI network,the aim of this paper is to alleviate the city flood,to promote the city ecological restoration,and to promote the optimization and innovation of city sustainable stormwater management.The main research results are as follows:(1)According to the undulating terrain,abundant vegetation and the geographical conditions of the developed water system in the hilly area of South china,and the fact that the lack of city green space,the destruction of water system,land conditions,the impact of the layout of gray infrastructure,this paper analyzes the optional areas of building GI in the region,and the appropriate GI measures.(2)According to the rainfall condition,hydrological characteristics,topography rainwater drainage capacity city in the hilly area,"rainstorm—waterlogging" model established by GIS software,to simulate the situation of waterlogging area in different scenarios of return period to provide support for targeted GI network construction(3)This paper expounds the construction goal of GI in the city area of the southern hilly area based on stormwater management,analyzes the factors that influence the land use layout of GI from the aspects of natural ecology and social economy,and puts forward the construction method of GI for the purpose of rain flood management.(4)Based on the case study of Anren County,Hunan which is a city in the hilly area of South China,this paper demonstrates the applicability and feasibility of city GI construction method based on rainfall flood management.
