With the development of economy,the process of urbanization is speeding up.In urban construction,a large number of gray infrastructure destroyed the city’s original natural water cycle,so that the original can be infiltrated into the underground rainwater gathered in a short time to form surface runoff.Surface runoff carries a large number of pollutants,flows through the urban underground pipe network and other gray facilities quickly discharged to rivers,lakes,water pollution.In order to solve the problem of flood and ecological environment,we must change the concept of development and the way of construction.In this paper,under the guidance of the concept of sponge City,to restore the natural water cycle as the goal,in order to purify the runoff pollution,alleviate the impact of flood,for the purpose of building a sustainable stormwater management system.Key research area of rain flood management system and process of landscape,the residential area with beautiful environment,has cut surface run off,receive the function of storing rainwater.Play a residential area in city construction the important position of sponge.First of all,through the literature review of domestic and foreign research progress and practice of stormwater management,advanced design concepts,technical measures and technical specifications are summarized and analyzed.According to the existing residential stormwater management in our country,design experience to learn foreign outstanding cases,which meet the design of the main content area stormwater management system in China,construction of a collection of infiltration,interception and transmission savings using three rainwater recycling system.From the source to reduce runoff infiltration,runoff,storage and detention,midway interception,diversion,purification,collection,storage,end use,form the bus halfway from runoff to the end of complete control of rainwater resources collection and utilization measures to minimize waterlogging disaster and impact.Secondly,to study the landscape approach of rainwater management system,from rainwater recycling facilities and green rainwater recycling landscape space construction etc.,put forward the landscape of residential area rainwater control method using the.Finally,the Taoyuan financial district as an example,the system of sustainable utilization of rainwater within the District,according to the development of former geological and hydrological and climatic conditions,detailed analysis of the local water structure,rainstorm and flood problems.Combining with the study of theoretical basis,formulate the principle of residential area rainwater utilization and pattern,reasonable allocation of dot,line,face green rainwater to use facilities,with a practical processing technique of landscape in residential area project validation and improvement.
