Standard And Mode Of Construction Supervision Of Forest Park In Taiyuan

To strengthen the supervision and management of forestry ecological engineering construction is the inevitable requirement to realize forestry sustainable development, and is the indispensable necessity of ecological civilization construction. It began to build suburban forest parks in 2010 in taiyuan, and it has been finished 31 various kinds of suburban forest parks by the end of 2014. In order to guarantee the construction quality of the parks and make full use of their ecological functions, this study regardsthe implementation process of construction supervision of parks in taiyuan such as xishan gangsheng suburban forest park as the main cases, to research and analyze the construction supervision standard, management mode and supervision result of taiyuan suburban forest parks, by means of field survey, data analysis and bibliography references. The author summarizes and concludes the suitable supervision standards and patterns, so as to improve the construction quality of the suburban forest parks, and truly realize the enhancement of quality and effectiveness of forestry ecological projects. The specific details are as follows:(1) It consults the practical experience of the forestry ecological engineering construction and the landscape ecological engineering construction supervision, combined with the natural conditions in taiyuan city, figures outthe features and requirement of taiyuan suburban forest park construction, puts forward supervision standard and supervision mode for which is suitable for taiyuan suburban forest parks.(2) On the basis of the differences of job content of each phase and supervision points, creatively, it divides the suburban forest park construction supervision intosix stages of construction tender stage,preparing stage, construction stage,acceptance stage, maintenance stage and completion stage to carry out the supervision work, which establishes a new classification system of the suburban forest park construction supervision.(3) It includes the tender stage withinthe scope of suburban forest park construction supervision, provides innovation tothe supervision pattern of suburban forest park construction, which has important significance to the active and whole-process controlof the suburban forest park construction supervision.(4) It regards the construction supervision of taiyuan gangsheng suburban forest park as the main case, specifically formulate the minute information--requirement, process and standard of the six stages of suburban forest park.(5) It has made variance analysis of survival rate, preservation rate and the passing percentage of superior species of 8 taiyuan suburban forest parks (with or without the implementation of supervision) using SPSS, the result shows significant differences between those which has implemented the above three indicators and which has not implemented the above three indicators.Practice has proved that it is necessary and feasible to conduct the suburban forestry park construction supervision.
