Remote Monitoring System Of Train Based On Wireless Communication

With the high-speed development of high-speed railway in our country in recent years, the safety of railway is more concerned. Real-time monitoring to operating state of key devices is an important method, real-time monitoring system of railway devices is equipped on advanced railway right now in our country. But there are existing railways that still play an important role in railway system, they are lacking in technology so that they don’t have a real-time monitoring system on these railway, this situation causes safety problem. In this case, this paper proposes a remote monitoring system of train based on The 3rd Generation Telecomunication to solve safety problem of existing railways, the function of this system includes vedio capture and display function and GPS positioning function and wireless communication function. The main work is as follows:First of all, finished a survey to current situation of related field, and analysed system’s feasibility and necessity. And then analysed totally design of system which includes functional requirement and interface requirement and overall block diagram of system.This paper has completed hardware work of system, this part includes completed component selected according to system requirement, completed design of system hardware schematic and PCB board design work, and then we have got an actual PCB which can realize all system function.This paper also has completed software work of system, the main work of this part is completing software design of vedio capture and display, completing software design of serial communication function and I2C bus function. And then got a software project that can realize the functional requirement based on hardware.At last we have completed system test includes hardware test and functional test combine hardware and software, and then analysed the result of test to judge whether system can realize expected function. Finally we have summarized this paper.
