With the development of science and technology and the initiative of "industry 4.0",the economic progress has called forward higher requirements for the logistics transportation industry,and the railway transportation business in China has been busier.Container transportation standardised the logistics industry management of development forward the intelligent automation as well the same time,the current many rail yard container information processing still stagnates the inefficent artificial guidance operation,security is not high and easy to get wrong.Based on this,this paper studies the tracking location information in container information processing:Positioning and technical feasibility: this paper firstly introduces the main location technology,GPS technology,barcode technology and RFID technology,expounds the different composition and positioning principle of the positioning system,analyzed the location characteristics of different positioning technologies and summarizes the different positioning technology are applied in cargo tracking;Then,the paper introduces the characteristics and problems of the positioning of railway container,and it can be found that RFID technology has obvious advantages in the positioning of railway station.Therefore,RFID technology is selected as the technical route of this paper.The feasibility of locating algorithm: this paper in view of based on its features RSSI algorithm analyzes the technical features of RFID technology,and establishes the mapping relationship between the measurement signal in the positioning environment and the response distance.Based on the model of channel loss,the RSSI value of the calculation is modified by using the center weight,and the estimation of the region location and the initial position of the test label are estimated by the Chan algorithm.Twice using the WLS algorithm this paper draws the preliminary position estimation of the label under test,then according to the principle of LANDMARC positioning,put the preliminary position estimate in to linearization and iterative processing is to satisfied meet positioning accuracy of coordinates,at the same time,considering the effect of historical localization algorithm which is introduces the unit under test label location information for a set period of time into the calculation process,realize the localization algorithm of the improvement process.MATLAB simulation experiment is used in rail yard container positioning the parameters of environment variables are setted appropriation readed and writed quantity,calculated reference tag number of readers and historical effect to position precision effect algorithm were sumrized.The experimental results show that four and more readers can effectively improve the positioning accuracy.The influence of reference tag on location accuracy is inaprarent;The historical effect algorithm has obviously improved the positioning accuracy.Due to historical effect algorithm does not need an additional hardware facilities,increasing the number of RSSI signal measurement and appropriately treat measure label location information in time of the introduction of the calculation are advised in the yard environment.In this paper,the identification system of railway container is introduced.readers read rfid signal strength in the electronic tag information.At the same time,it will read the details of the electronic label,which can identify the general area of the container,then using RSSI algorithm can get container more accurate location,the simulation experiment can every 4 meters get 3 laid readers more appropriate conclusions.The accuracy of the container positioning algorithm in this paper is only 0.4 meters,which dues to the low cost of the RSSI algorithm but very high measurement requirements for the signal,and the path loss is the approximate theory adopted.In conclusion,the positioning accuracy needs to be improved.
