It has a lot of problem in reconstruction of the existing railway lines such as the widely complicated questions, a lot of things widely involved, and enormous investment, plane realignment design of existing railway curve is important and difficult issue, however, at present there is a lack of effective method for the quality of existing railway curve plane realignment design scheme, it led to lower production efficiency and part of the project investment waste. Therefore, it is necessary to research the determination method of the best existing railway curve plane realignment design scheme, the research can improve production efficiency and save investment cost.For existing railway curve plane reconstruction of small adjusting distance, the research determined the size of adjusting distance as evaluation standard for the quality of design scheme. Different from the traditional calculation method for adjusting distance, the research is based on computer graphics, use adjusting area instead of adjusting distance, use computer to calculate adjusting area of all possible design scheme, and determine design scheme which has smallest adjusting area as the best program.When the size of adjusting distance is larger, the size and investment of project is larger and greater, and no matter the construction stage or operation stage, it will impact the ecological environment and living environment of both sides of curve. Therefore, to determine the optimal curve reconstruction scheme is becoming a multi-criteria decision problem involving technology assessment, economic evaluation and environmental assessment. Through screening evaluating indexes reasonably, I set up a practical and effective evalution index system for existing curve reconstruction scheme, realize automatic acquisition index value by computer, calculate the weight of each index by Analytic Hierarchy Process. For this kind of existing railway curve plane reconstruction project, the research determined evaluation system above as evaluation standard, use computer to evaluate all possible design scheme and determine the optimal designing scheme.Finally, in the base of the above theory, the research comprehensive applicated railway line survey design basic theory, computer graphics, and CAD technology, applying the language of C++, Develop "railway existing curve plane rebuilt CAD system" in Visual C++6.0platform, and verify the correctness and practicability of the system by combined with two typical specific project cases of "some bureau some section railway speeding-up project".
