Work Analysis And Optimization Of The Main Control Room Operators In The Nuclear Power Plant Of A

With the continuous development of China’s economy and the continuous growing of energy demand, the nuclear power is getting more and more attention of the country. Nuclear power companies are also constantly developing and growing.The importance of the reactor operator to the normal operation of nuclear power unit is self-evident.As the core work of talent pool,the nuclear power groups have invested enormous human and material resources for the training and experience of the reactor operators.In this paper, with the work of the reactor operators in the construction stage of the nuclear power company of A as an example, I analysed through the practical work to sort out the reactor operator’s work status and existing problems. Based on job analysis and value chain theory, I optimized the design of the position, work tasks, work methods and work flow of the reactor operators to enhance the value of them.The conclusion of this paper is that the work optimization of the reactor operators can be carried out from the practice of strengthening the norms of behavior and special technical training, from the improvement of work flow and the seriousness of the work plan, from the strengthening of technical support and experience sharing, from the promoting the construction of enterprise safety culture. This paper provides the theoretical basis and methodological guidance for the optimization of the reactor operator in the nuclear power plant of A.And also, this paper has certain reference significance for other nuclear power company’s main control work analysis and optimization.
