Internet of vehicles refers to the main condition of the vehicle itself with a network connection, a comprehensive analysis of remotely running condition of the vehicle,to allow users to get a better driving experience.With the development of new energy vehicle industry, the vehicle driver is moving to the intelligent direction.Accordingly, it prepares to develop an intelligent data collection terminal based on internet of vehicles.Terminal design includes hardware and embedded software in two parts.Hardware circuit including power supply circuitry, digital circuitry, analog RF circuits.Among them, the power supply circuit includes a DC-DC step-down circuit,DC-DC boost circuit, lithium battery charge management circuitry;Digital circuit includes: the STM32F103 Cortex-M3 microcontroller core of the CPU and peripheral circuits, GPRS module circuit, Beidou/GPS module circuit, a vibration sensor module circuit, a gyro sensor module circuit, driver circuit, communication transmission circuit; RF analog circuit includes GSM RF matching network circuit, Beidou/GPS RF matching network circuit.System works as follows: CPU collect location data Beidou/GPS module, motion sensor data, gyro sensor data, station data GPRS module communication transmission circuit to collect the vehicle engine and controller data,then the collected data processing, is sent to the remote central server via TCP/IP protocol;While the CPU listens for server line, and immediately upon detection of a lawful order of a command is executed by the driving circuit.Embedded software using C language on Keil platform, the functions include:the initial configuration of the system parameters;extract data transmitted from the sensor,GPS module, GPRS module and communication transmission circuit according to the agreement over format;the collected data filtering, arithmetic processing; localization of critical data permanently stored; the data communication protocol according to custom packaged and sent to the server via TCP/IP protocol;extraction server and downlink command sent by mobile phone APP;listens to extract messages sent over the command, and by PDU encoding format, send SMS alerts to users.This design communicates via a remote server and mobile APP, to realize the remote control of the vehicle, fault monitoring, location tracking, vibration alarm,power failure alarm, abnormal motion alarm, power query, the query riding speed,real-time status information collection and other body functions.Experimental results show that the designed circuitry and software to meet the functional requirements,after long months of testing, the system is stable and reliable hardware and software to achieve production standards.
