Underwater light weapons development as an important means to improve underwater operational flexibility, in improving the naval combat troops open sea, coastal defense is of great significance. According to the parameter testing requirement for the underwater light weapon firing, this paper light weapons in the underwater shooting process automation’s velocity changes, free recoil energy, at the beginning of the projectile speed, powder gas pressure and gas guide chamber pressure test method of realization are studied.(1)According to weapons testing environment bad characteristics of water and light, of underwater light weapon shooting projectile velocity measurement, automata principle of velocity, firing process in bore environment changes, automaton movement and water medium of sensor test results influence the precision were in-depth analysis, given the underwater light weapons testing system, overall design scheme;(2)In accordance with the requirements of the test system, the design of the automatic speed sensor, coil target speed sensor, signal conditioning circuit, the signal conditioning circuit can effectively remove water under the influence of high frequency noise; to complete the hardware design of the whole test system, build the a by the sensor unit, a signal conditioning unit, data acquisition system is composed of hardware platform. And introduces the pressure sensor using the method and YE5856 type charge amplifier parameters setting principle;(3)The testing system software is designed using Lab VIEW development environment, using modular programming method, Implements the automatic test software for data acquisition, processing, analysis, and according to the results;In XXX unit, acquired the test data,the system is used to be tested a lot. Using the evaluation method of uncertainty, reliability and performance of weapon test system were assessed quantitatively. The test results show that the underwater weapon shooting performance test system is reliable, easy to use, friendly interface, and can meet the design requirements well.
