The arriving-dispatching system is the key part of the marshalling yard; its efficiency affects the efficiency of the whole station. On the background of the integrated automation marshalling yard, there are new challenges for the arriving-dispatching yard. This article researches the dispatching system of arriving-dispatching yard, for meeting the need of considering resources of the integrated automation marshalling yard.This article first introduce the changes which resulting from the integrated automation marshalling yard, and it elaborates the cluster resources of the integrated automation marshalling yard. The cluster resources are divided into physical resource and information resources. Every part of the resources is elaborated and is classified according to the work process of the marshalling daily work. Then this article gets the result of which cluster resources effect the different marshalling yard work best, so, this article render the methodology of fusing the cluster resources with dispatching plan.Next, the hump system and arriving-dispatching yard is elaborated. Then a traditional model is built based on the some hypothetical principles. The model is solved by ant colonies algorithm. Then the model which is added the resources objective function is built. That means it realizes the goal of fusing the cluster resources with dispatching plan. In a specific way, the resources objective function is to minimize the whole waiting time for working of the dispatching locomotives. That is there are two objective functions in the model, which one is maximum the workload of dispatching trains on the hump, the other is the locomotive resources objective function. The model is solved by genetic algorithm. Before it is solved we need transfer the multiple-objective function into single objective. Then, we get two different train disintegration sequence results based on the two different models and algorithms.We get the conclusion that the model which mixes the cluster resources with dispatching plan can improve the marshalling yard resource efficiency and workloads at the same time.
