Marshalling yard is the focal point of the railway network assuming a crucial role in the transportation. With the rapid development of technology, Marshalling yard is totally automatized in gradually. As one of the essential part, Hump automation control system determined the operation efficiency and technical level of the marshalling yard. So simulating the Hump automation control system is particularly important.As a complex system engineering, in the design stage automatic hump project need to premeditate a series of factors to reach the desired results, such as plane and vertical section of hump, speed control equipment, the performance of humping vehicles. Hump automation control system relies on computer. The system has high level of automation. It can automatically control to push the vehicles up the peak platform, slip into the path and vehicles speed control. At present, the stimulation systems about hump are not complete. Some are mainly used in line design, and some do not control the vehicles speed.This paper summarizes the relevant literature and research findings related hump simulation. Through the force analysis of the humping vehicle, adopting equivalent two particle model of the vehicle. The analysis of the motion of car which is regard as multi particle prove that the constant length of these particle ensure to walk same distance in the same time. Because of the complexity of the hump lines, divides the lines into units, puts forward velocity model of the humping vehicle from the peak platform to yards. Because the reducer has the high performance of alter speed, proposing the velocity model at reducer's exit use for calculating the vehicle speed when the vehicle access reducer unit. Then the reducer timely provides the requirement amount of brake energy height to achieve the purpose of speed control.In this paper, the Server SQL database and C# programming language are used to simulate the automatic hump system, Based on the hump route plan of CAD version, draw the hump line in the simulation system by every coordinate point. It is used to indicate track of the dynamic vehicle. When the car enter into the reducer unit in the disintegration operation, analysis how to not catch up the front car, meanwhile hold on a faster speed to humping. Based on speed control model of a single train, predict time interval. Give some limit to the time interval ensures the distance between trains in sequence. Design to add and save the information of the vehicle to be disintegrated. Arrange the information of cars in sequence makes up a disintegration plan of trains to realize the simulation of hump break-up operation. Record the speed when the train enter into and exit the reducer.
