How to make use of geographic information system technology to solve meteorological information processing and analysis in the application of the scientific research and business problems is meteorological work application technology research and development of a key area, has important scientific significance and application value.This study based on a project "Ningxia automatic station observation information analysis application system design and development", closely combined with practical work, the specific requirements to meteorological operations around the ground-based observations of meteorological information visualization technology, carry out technology research and system construction, and USES the DELPHI development platform in the ESRI ARCGIS Mapobject2.0, Surfer8.0, SQL Server database, based on the integrated application of COM technology and OLEAuotmation technology, database technology and so on research and development of the automatic meteorological station data analysis application systems in Ningxia, in Ningxia area, city and county level 3 meteorological operations in the popularization and application, has obtained the good application effect.
