The observation of atmosphere services for aviation and originates from the beginning of 21th century .It possesses important function that the development and utilization of flight security . It is attached importance to the construction of atmospheric observation equipment on all over the word . It is entered modernized , automated , and safeguarded and safeguarded about the atmospheric observational system in civil aviation in the developed countries . It is at the advantage level on accuracy , precision , and communicational function . Most of the atmospheric observational system in domestic airport rely on import . 90's , the research is carried on by country of automatic observational system in aitport and been puted into a vast of man power and finance . JQX-Ⅰ is developed . For adapted the demand of airport atmospheric equipment in our country , the JQX-Ⅱ is developed and designed basic on JQX-Ⅰ. It has important and designed basic on JQX-Ⅰ .It has important significance for domestic development of atmospheric system to be researched and designed. In the research of general remote measuring meteorological apparatus for JQX-Ⅱof airports, the accuracy of data collecting and processing and the speed of communication are of vital importance to it. This paper puts forward a project on the exploitation of the JQX-Ⅰ integrative meteorological apparatus by using for reference the advanced technology from abroad.The paper focuses mainly on the study of the renovation and alteration of the automated meteorological measuring system, and the development of a more accurate and flexible system, which will make the network of aviation meteorology as well as the reliability of data processing and transmitting possible.The paper covers six chapters.Chapter One deals with the significance of the themes, introducing the new development abroad in the field.Chapter Two poses a general designing project on the general remote measuring meteorological apparatus for the JQX-Ⅱ of airport based on the experience from abroad. And meanwhile expounding the entire projectChapter Three introduces the component of the meteorological sensor and the design on its alteration and innovation. The main concern is to have the main parts home-made so that cost may cut down.Chapter Four deals with the development and design of the data-collector. It first illustrates the structure of the data-collector by adopting the microprocessor, which makes the more precise A/D transfer possible and allows its meatus connecting to higher-up computer. And the development of the mainboard, digiboard, mockboard and sampling board is thus completed. The last process is to processing the data.Chapter Five briefly introduces the design of the software for remote measuring meteorological apparatus. The paper advocates the update and alteration of the original software, making the system more consummate, agile and logically updated. The paper introduces the design to adopt the low-temperature resistant modem as the core component for different conditions. Chapter Six is the introduction of fixing and testing to the system, which illustrates how to find the main causes to the problems from testing, followed by solutions. Testing after the operation of the entire system proves that it can attain the predicted index and functions.Chapter Seven is the full text summary : the main research work and achievement of this Text is summarized, and the weak point systematically and treat work is stated.
