Under the com plex meteorological conditions in Dalian,controllers, airlines and airports need more sophisticated forecasts,service and m eteorological data with the increasing number of flights. It is taken more seriously attention to the role of meteorological services in the civil aviation transportation.With the rapid developm ent of meteorological service, the types of meteorological data are increasing, and huge m eteorological data files are produced. The new civil aviation meteorological data transm ission system is proposed to be real-tim e, highly efficient processing of these big data. To find the optim ized solution, This paper will inv estigate the civil aviation meteorological message and transmission mode of product data based on the actual demand of the Dalian terminal, and systematically summarize the problems existing in the current civil aviation meteorological data transmission.The following sections are included in this dissertation:(1) Collecting and sorting the m eteorological data th at need to be transm itted and processed, converting the data format according to the relevant regulations of the CAAC, and establishing the optimal treatment principles by type.(2) Analyzing the transm ission strategy of civil aviation m eteorological message and product data, and the expounding de sign and implementation of communication transmission line and various data transmission.(3) Expounding the application and implementation of the control data.(4) Studying the application and implementation, optimization and expansion of message oriented middleware MQ.(5) Investigating the so ftware testing of the whole civil aviation meteorological data transmission system, and analyzing the performance of the system in detail.Through continuous testing, the re sults of this study has been verified in the practical production process, which can carry out the prior ity transmission, real-time and efficient data processing in the case of various types, huge amount of data at the current terminal stage.
