Based on this very environment, how to build a reasonable workshop with high quality quickly becomes a new hot topic in the field of related areas.The quality of project management largely affects the quality of construction project of industrial premises, through the analyze the reason of previous failed project, the most important one is on the project management. Due to the problems of project management prominent increasingly in current construction project, this article will study, analysis, summary on the specific cases, aimed at put forward an effective solution to the project management of the industrial premises construction.Qingbaijiang is well known as the western China logistics distribution center, it is the key logistics distribution center of Chengdu, Sichuan and west China.modern freight transportation center cannot been built without the construction of industrial premises. This paper bases on the Qingbaijiang logistics center construction project, studying on the management of the project cost and quality problems, to improve the quality of the project and cut the cost.This paper bases on theory, but its discussion is not just about theory.
