Builded The General Power Plant Network With Modbus Protocol

In Shangdong Binhua power plant,the DCS(distribute control system) is TPS system of Honeywell company,control station is composed of Circulation water remote station,Conveyer coal remote station,1#~3#Boiler,1#~3#turbine etc, there are different man machine interface for these devices end equipments,we can realize total plant control in the central control room. Chemistry-Water System and Desulfurize System is Simense PLC,control station and operator station are near the field,so we couldn't realize nobody on duty in the field,and integrate central control room with Chemistry-Water and Desulfurize control room.3#boiler Deslag support Schneider Modicon PLC, according to the process requirements we must incorporate DCS with usual operations and main parameters. The ECS(Electric Control System) is main control unit of the Taikai Automation Company,it have many of current sign, such as Circulation water pumps,1#~2#boiler and turbine motors.These current sign must transfer to DCS,the boiler and turbine operators need control the parameters at every moment. In order to resolve the connect with DCS and PLC and ECS,we can build the general plant network,and realize total monitor and control solution.
