Research On The Rish Management Of Contractor About Zhengzhou Inter-City Railway Ticker Service

The process of risk management, including namely, risk identification, risk estimate, risk evaluation, risk decision and risk control. Paper first defined on the risk management theory, and then introduces the general situation of the engineering of zhengzhou inter-city railway ticket service system.According to the actual situation of engineering, the article using the method of risk list table, risk expert investigation list, fishbone diagram method and method of fault tree method to identify risk factors, then summarized the risk factors for the contractor list table. Then the risk factors are analyzed with the analytic hierarchy process (ahp), to calculate the project all risks of the final overall importance.
