In the face of the rapid growth of domestic economy,Electric power industry demand also explosive growth,But at the same time brought heavy environment pressure.To properly solve this contradiction,Vigorously develop clean and renewable energy in China,gas steam combined cycle is one of them.Gas turbine combined cycle cover an area of an area small, low water usage, high efficiency and no sulfur dioxide emissions in the process of power generation, do not produce ash and debris, has a unique environmental advantages, is a direction of energy development in China.However, the particularity of gas turbine steam combined cycle power plant construction project determines the main equipment suppliers bear the risk of a larger projects.First of all, all of the pearl on the crown of industrial, technical difficulty is very big, the domestic main combustion equipment supplier adopts technology import way to gain all of production technology. The special circumstances will undoubtedly increase the combustion equipment suppliers in the process of execution power plant construction project risk, domestic for this kind of situation given the attention is not much.Secondly, the domestic market of electric power construction project construction always keep consistent with the national development planning, in ensuring the reasonable power supply at the same time, also need to consider the economic interests of the investors, this way of project investment brings to the project construction equipment suppliers must have.Third, as the power plant equipment supplier, lash effect of the whole project risk to equipment supplier for risk is big, the risk of making equipment is difficult to deal.Based on zhongshan jiaming gas combined cycle project as an example, directed against various risks in the process of project construction are discussed, especially for equipment suppliers of specific risk factors for serious analysis and research, which according to the characteristics of the domestic parts industry technology import and the characteristics of the global procurement, consider the project implementation process involves the economic risk, management risk, and by the analytic hierarchy process to the key indicators of technical risk, management risk, delivery, payment collection risk, guarantee risk quantitative analysis, judgement that need of the project risk through scientific and effective management means necessary controls. At the same time, puts forward the feasible risk management plan.In this paper, the subsequent risk control in the process of electric power project construction has certain reference significance. At the same time, which is based on technology import of large engineering risk control management also has certain reference significance.
