Based on the basic analysis of long-range dependence theory and finite element of the tire model, studied the dynamic characteristics of the automobile tires system, and the trend prediction of tire-road system vibration, in order to achieve to tire design optimization and on the ride comfort and safety evaluation. The main research work in this paper are as follows:1. Firstly, this paper introduces the construction method of the traditional Pacejka and LuGre,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two model were compared.Focused on analysis the mutual relationship between tire lateral force, longitudinal force torque, slip angle and slip rate of the automobile tire in the pure slip and slip composite under different conditions, and accordingly analysis the relevant characteristics of the car.On the basis of the automobile tire-pavement system model is constructed, and the development of the GUI program of the tire-pavement system, constructing the interface dynamic tire analysis.Research and analysis of automobile tire stiffness, suspension stiffness and damping factors of tire- pavement system dynamics. The actual pavement data as the excitation of the tire road system model to verify the actual conditions of tire model of actual effect.2. By constructing a multi degree of freedom vehicle model, the vehicle stability under the steering vehicle is studied.Firstly, ignore the factors of the steering system work on the whole vehicle in order to simplification of the study problem. The input is applied directly to the car tire; The influence of tangential force on the side slip characteristics of automobile tire is ignored. The role of air power and automotive suspension is also ignored. And a two degree of freedom vehicle model is built..On the basis of this, in order to further explore the model of the maximum close to the actual. In this paper, the factors of the vehicle steering system, the tangential force factor of the ground and the aerodynamic force of the air are taken into account. Then build a seven degree of freedom vehicle model.Under the simulation analysis of this model,Study the change trend characteristicson of the lateral velocity, steering longitudinal speed, yaw rate and sideslip angle under different steering angle input.3. Study on the change trend of automobile tire vibration,The first time to predict thetrend of tire vibration is to take the long-range dependence(LRD) stochastic model FARIMA in the research on the change trend of automobile vibration.Because the long correlation theory is widely used in network traffic stochastic prediction, the Hurst index can be used to judge whether a time series has the characteristic of long range. In this paper, the vibration signal sequence of the vehicle running on the road is analyzed. The FARIMA model can be used to predict the future vibration signal of the vehicle body. The advantage of this model is verified by the actual pavement data to predict the trend of tire vibration. The model has important significance for real-time assessment and future prediction of tire motion state, which lays a foundation for the maintenance of the tire.Provides a new idea to establish the tire operation condition maintenance model.4. By the finite element method to study the tire Modal Analysis(modal).First, get the tire natural frequency parameters of the tire modal analysis; Then the vibration sequence signal spectrum analysis, extraction the natural frequency close to tires of the vibration frequency of the sequence as a comparative tire modal analysis;Through the modal analysis of the tire, the frequency response of the tire in the actual condition is obtained, and the condition of the tire vibration can be predicted.
