Study On Application Of Traditional Landscape Design Elements In The Area Of Jiangnan Hyundai Residence

The application of traditional gardening elements in the design of Jiangnan modern accommodation area is inherited and developed under modern design environment and life background for traditional culture, rather than the simple plagiarizing and bringism. In the inheriting process of Jiangnan traditional landscape garden style, it not only blends the modern design elements, but also achieves the goal that combines modern culture trend and creativity of design notion successfully. In this paper, the traditional gardening elements which have distinct recognition features are extracted in the view of Jiangnan district area culture, and make sure these can blend into well the design of modern accommodation landscape after adapted applications.In the first part of this paper, the fundamental theory research is introduced, including the purpose and meaning of research project, the object, target and method of research, as well as summarization for domestic and overseas development status and research framework. The second part contains ontology research, field research for representative Jiangnan traditional private garden, and analysis and conclusion of its design theory, gardening methods and application modes of landscape elements. Furthermore, taking two typical Jiangnan garden accommodation areas for example, the advantages of project, reference and problems are analyzed. Under this fundamental, the acceptability of people with different ages and professions in Jiangnan district for domestic traditional gardening elements in accommodation area is classified, and the final environment request for local living is concluded. The results gained by theory and practice as followed:1. It is essential and feasible using traditional elements in Jiangnan modern accommodation area design. 2. The style of combination between traditional gardening element and Jiangnan modern accommodation area design can be divided into traditional borrow mode, modern infiltration mode and multiple coexistence mode. 3. The application strategy of traditional gardening element and method in Jiangnan modern accommodation area. 4. It is necessary that traditional gardening elements in Jiangnan modern accommodation area require new expression skills, such as new materials for old landscape, rebuilding, and so on.
