The vibration occurs in the transformer and the concrete floor with the operating of the indoor distribution. Therefore the environment vibration and noise radiation would transmit to other rooms through the floor, walls and beams. Our daily life will be disturbed by the vibration and noise. In this thesis, the vibration characteristics and mechanism of the transformer have been studied, based on the study the vibration and acoustic radiation characteristics of the concrete floor have been studied as the key issues. Taking into account that the floor was placed on the elastic foundation, the finite element analysis software ANSYS and acoustic analysis software Virtual Lab & Acoustic were used to investigate the vibration and sound acoustic characteristics of the concrete plate. The main work could be summarized as below:(1) The vibration characteristics of transformer have been studied with test. From this study, the vibration acceleration-time curve and spectrum diagram of the transformer outer walls, supporting and floor have been obtained. The typical vibration frequency of the transformer has been obtained from the spectrum diagram. At the same time, from the study of the vibration mechanism of the transformer, the main vibration components have been found, and the transmission routes of the vibration noise have been studied.(2) Considering the influence of elastic foundation, theoretical method has been used to simplify the elastic foundation firstly, and the vibration analysis calculating model has been established. Based on the model, the free vibration and forced vibration characteristics of the concrete floor have been analyzed comprehensively, such as the impacts on free vibration due to elastic foundation and elastic foundation stiffness. The impact on forced vibration characteristics by elastic foundation and different exciting position have been studied.(3) The acoustic analytical model has been established through the software Virtual Lab& Acoustic. Based on the model, the acoustic radiation characteristics have been studied, such as the impact on acoustic radiation characteristics by elastic foundation and the different setting position of transformer.
