To solve the municipal traffic transportation problem is one of the main subjects in most of the largest cities all over the world. In order to construct an international capital and support Expo 2010, Shanghai has already taken railway transportation system construction as a key point to solve the municipal transportation problem. By its convenience, high-speed, space-saving and large capacity, railway transportation system is welcomed by the whole world. However, since the railway lines are always through the densely populated region, the vibration and noise caused by the system harasses the people and enterprises around. While the original urban noise sources are moving to the suburb, this problem becomes more obvious. At the mean time, with the improvement of daily life, citizens are seeking for better living conditions. That aggravates people's dissatisfaction with the system's noise.
