The facility noise in the substations is regarded as a very important environment problem in China.Besides of the large scale stations such as 35 kV and above who have obvious noise disturbance risks,the smaller transformers(10kV)in the power distribution system have more possibility to cause the noise disturbance due to these stations normally are located in the residential area.So it is necessary to study the characteristics of the vibration and noise of the dry-type transformer and search the available solutions to mitigate the vibration and noise level from the transformer body and external methods.This paper first briefly introduces the basic theory of the noise and vibration on the dry-type transformer,calculates the modal parameter of vibration through FEA simulation of dry-type transformer,and designs the test scheme for the purpose of studying the relationship between noise-vibration performance and operation parameters and process control parameters.Quantitative analysis is carried out by experimental study on effects of various factors.Two 10 kV dry-type transformers are selected as the research object,quantitative analysis of the effect of each parameter on the vibration and noise of the transformer is gained by regulating operation parameters and process parameters.The sound source is identified by acoustic image method through two 10 kV transformers.The paper designs the different isolators and compares kinds of vibration isolators,special rubber and metal wire spring combination vibration isolation is proposed.This paper finds out the relationship between the clamping force of the core and noise level,the preload of winding has less effect on the noise level.The main noise source normally locates at the B phase.The vibration isolation effect of the new design of the composite isolator is obvious.It can reduce the vibration transmission of dry type transformer effectively,thereby reducing the spread of noise.The results of the study provides theoretical support for noise reduction processing of dry-type distribution transformer from the transformer manufacturing process and isolation vibration measures,also provides the basis for the analysis of vibration noise of oil-immersed transformers.
