With the rapid development of social economy,the demand for electricity supply is increasing.As an important node in the power network,the substation has a large number of electrical equipment installed in its high-voltage power distribution room.These devices play an important role in power transmission and conversion,but also have high requirements for the environment.At present,the environment of the power distribution room still has the following problems.First,some distribution rooms are in a harsh environment,such as in the field or near the construction site,the indoor temperature and humidity and dust concentration are in an excessive state all the year round.Second,most distribution rooms are in unattended state.Because of its wide distribution,the inspection interval is long.The traditional mechanical ventilation mode can not ensure that the indoor environment meets the requirements.In view of the above problems,this paper carried out research on the environmental control technology of distribution room in substation.Firstly,through the investigation of distribution room sites and related research results at home and abroad,it is determined that the environmental parameters that need to be controlled in the power distribution room are temperature and humidity.The control principle,control effect and defects of common temperature and humidity control equipment are further analyzed.In order to control the indoor environment more accurately,it is necessary to analyze the relationship between environmental factors.The ANSYS software is used to establish two kinds of distribution room models including double-row switch cabinet and single-row switch cabinet.By comparing changes of the temperature inside the cabinets under different room temperature and fan flow conditions,and the appropriate fan flow rate was determined.By observing the indoor temperature and humidity distribution under different conditions,the temperature and humidity distribution law are summarized.Based on the above theoretical research,a network based remote control platform for indoor environment regulating devices was developed and applied in three substations.By comparing temperature and humidity of distribution room with the system and without the system,and comparing the temperature and humidity of distribution room with differentcontrol logic systems,the application value of the system for the intelligent regulation of indoor environment is verified.
