| Due to the characteristics of environmental friendliness, energy saving and nice appearance, modern tramcar is developing rapidly among cities in our country as a kind of medium or small carrying-capacity urban rail transit these years. The parameter settings of the modern tramcar have a great influence on the safety and comfort of the train, especially in the curve section. It is of great practical significance to carry out research on the influence of curve geometric parameters to the performance of modern tramcar.Combined with the current development situation of modern tramcar, based on the analysis of the characteristic and the design parameters of the modern tramcar system, a dynamic model of 70%-low-floor modern tramcar was established using SIMPACK software in this thesis. The influence of curve radius and the adaptability of line set on road compound curve section were studied based on the model from the aspects of safety, comfort and wear analysis. In addition, this thesis analyzed the performance and the small curve radius section’s limit speed of the typical section of the Beijing Modern Tramcar West Line Engineering. The results indicate that the dynamic response of the train set on the curve line is closely related to the radius of the curve. It is not recommended to use the minimum curve radius mentioned in this thesis under conditions allowing to improve the running performance of the tramcar because the train’s response is violent under the condition of the minimum curve radius. When running on the three most unfavorable conditions of road compound curve section, the train has good dynamic response. In addition, the train has good dynamic performance running on the line K2+600-K5+600 section of the West Line, in which three sections have violent response because of its plane and vertical settings. When running on the line K5+770-K5+885 section, its speed is recommended to limited to 20km/h.The research in this thesis is expected to provide helpful reference for the curve parameter setting of modern tramcar. |
