In order to provide a safe, smooth and comfortable operation of high-speed railway, it is necessary for staffs of track division to make an accurate detection for the state of track irregularity. Geometric state detection technology for tracks is divided into two categories, one is static detection technology for track, including using rail gauge, chord measurement, track detection car, etc. The other is dynamic detection technology for track, including using track inspection car, comprehensive inspection car and vehicle-portable tester and so on. According to the results detected on emerging issues for processing, so that the track is always in regularity. However, due to the low efficiency, time-consuming of static detection and the short opening time for High speed railway skylight, motion detection technology is often used in routine maintenance and repair of high-speed rail. Therefore, the contents of this thesis are:(1) Through collecting relevant materials and data calculation, the high-speed railway track detection technology was studied systematically; Through comparative analysis of each parameter value by detecting the curve segment of high-speed railway and the degree of deviation between modern detection technology value and the real value, thus I can have the scheme which is studied by modern testing technique to guide the high-speed railway curve adjustment.(2) I Introduce the working principle and advantages of track inspection trolley in detail, and used it to find the transfinite disease. I also analyze the harm and cause of the irregularity, gauge, level, triangular pits and car body vibration acceleration and other diseases, thus I conclude the reading method of track inspection report.(3) Comparative analysis of design curve sections of the curve, dynamic detection and static detection value. I studied the law of deviation on dynamic detection value, making sure the rest model state parameters of each line, and conclude that the gauge measurement value is considered high about0.9mm, curvature radius error is about0.005, theradius error is about78m, curve length deviation is9.23%, the horizontal acceleration deviation is about40%.(4) I studied the method of improving curve versine correction accuracy value, through the research on the track inspection car versine data correction method.(5) Takeing the one high-speed railway as an example, I made a calculation of the high-speed rail disease curve usingthe measured data of track inspection car after correction and the track inspection car. The result shows that the rail detecting car value curve adjusting the total shifting distance is1920.1mm; track inspection car detection value curve adjusting total shifting distance is3092.6mm, thusthe rail detecting car value curve adjusting the total shifting distance is smaller than the total track inspection car. As a result, by modifying the data track inspection to guide curve adjusting is feasible, and in the daily maintenance repair of high speed railway,the track inspection data can be used to guide curve adjustment.
