On the basis of passenger flow and business needs, this paper tries to figure out the reasonable scale and type of service.(2)After the study on present situation, the thesis proposed commercial distribution theory which can apply to the large railway station. On this basis, the thesis promotes a layout optimization method of Area-service and Service-Service Correlation.(3)The thesis summarized the types of business and its’ pros and cons. Business models of railway station, airport and metro are discussed as references. Based on the status of commercial service operation, this paper gives ideas for the large railway station. These efforts are intended to provide feasible recommendations.(4)The thesis takes Guangzhou South Railway Station as a case study. The optimization method acts well on the commercial service layout. The suggested plan does promote the correlation of both S-S and A-S, which suggestes that this method can play better results. Considering the current business situation, phased development plan is promoted to serve passengers better and increase non-transport revenue. |
