Research On Commercial Space Design Strategy Of Large Railway Station Based On Passenger’s Business Behavior

Abstract/Summary:
Railway transportation is the main mode of transportation in China,and its construction scale and speed are showing a trend of sustainable development.Promoted by technological development,railway passenger stations are constantly adjusting and improving to serve railway passenger transport needs.In the past,the construction of railway passenger stations mainly focused on the traffic function model and the image of urban interface,and considered that commercial space is only a part of the ancillary function of the station.With the reform of railway organization,the operation of railway company needs reasonable and efficient income maintenance,and the commercial construction of railway passenger station is becoming more and more important.Railway is the only centralized transportation mode that can transfer commercial energy to the grass-roots level of villages and towns in China.The commercial form of railway passenger stations can directly contact the vast majority of the people at the grass-roots level in China.It has an inestimable prospect in the process of urbanization.In the design and construction of passenger stations in recent years,from the designer to the operator,we have begun to explore the concrete mode of commercial development and the way of setting up the passenger stations.However,compared with the passenger stations in Japan,Europe and other railway developed countries,the railway passenger stations in China still have the following problems: first,the passenger station business and the city in which it is located Secondly,the scale and quality of the passenger business are not high,the commercial format is single,and the passenger’s consumption intention is not high;thirdly,the setting of the passenger business is unreasonable,and the commercial space is not set from the angle of commercial behavior demand,resulting in the widespread existence of existing commerce.The efficiency of space utilization is not high,and even it can not generate revenue.The nature of business has a huge demand for passenger flow,stable and sufficient passenger flow can bring enough business opportunities,how to import passenger flow is one of the core issues of commercial concern.At the same time,railway passenger stations have a sustained huge passenger flow,but for safety and transportation purposes,passenger flow is quickly dredged into the city,like a huge potential energy flow,flowing away in vain.Therefore,the significance of Commerce for passenger stations is just like the conversion of potential energy from generators to water currents,which can produce enormous economic benefits and provide a guarantee for the future development of the railway.At the same time,commercial space can also play a role in regulating,dredging and releasing passenger flow.Business and railway passenger station integration win-win situation,the first need to ensure the basic railway passenger station traffic function,in addition,we must consider the particularity of the commercial consumption of railway passenger station,that is,the departure and arrival passenger behavior mode.Business behavior patterns of passengers are influenced by passenger arrival and departure lines.This paper analyzes the stimulus factors,cognitive factors and decision-making response characteristics of passenger business behavior patterns in passenger stations based on the existing theories of business behavior patterns.On this basis,the specific design strategies of railway passenger station commerce in the planning and design,architectural design,detailed measures are put forward and discussed in detail.Firstly,the hierarchical difference strategy of promoting commercial value at the planning level is discussed.The design strategy of how to enhance the value of passenger stations is discussed from three aspects: planning positioning,function allocation and planning design.Secondly,the space-time expansion strategy of improving commercial efficiency at the architectural level considers that the passenger business behavior pattern is closely related to the passenger station process,and pays attention to the consumption environment and consumption time respectively at different stages of the process.The passenger passenger flow is divided into three stages according to the spatial streamline elements: the connecting area between the passenger station and the surrounding area,the entering and leaving area of the passenger station and the waiting area of the passenger station.And through the example comparison optimization method,has given the strategy application the passenger station design case.Finally,the detailed level of experience to improve the quality of commercial optimization strategy,from the open commercial space settings,active space streamline settings,humanized details of the settings of three perspectives,through the way of case analysis put forward specific design strategies.It is hoped that this article will make a modest contribution to the development of railway business construction.
