Research On Control Factors Of Derivative Commercial Design Of Subway Station

At present,China is in a period of great development of infrastructure,subway as an important part of urban public transport,received more and more attention and policy orientation,and also spawned a lot of spin-off industries.The commercial design of the subway is an important part of the subway design,which plays an important role in the comprehensive utilization of the subway station and the internal and external space,as well as the connection function of the traffic building and commercial building in the urban development.And in the modern people more and more and more and more rapid and convenient programming era background,subway business is also more and more towards specialization,the trend of multifunctional development.Therefore,in this context,for the subway commercial design,especially the initial design is particularly important,how to rationally have the basis of the design is a matter of urgency,so refining the summary and analysis of the early design of the subway design,the design will have a decisive impact on the design,is the key to solve the problem.This paper,based on the initial design and planning of the subway station and its derivative business,involves the design control points as the research object,first of all sort out the basic concepts and theoretical research related to the subway business and paper,such as subway station classification,subway derivative commercial value analysis,commercial building space combination concept,commercial related psychology,urban planning theory and related economic concepts,and preliminary summarizes the initial design of the subway station derived from the various control factors of the prototype and grouping.At the same time of the analysis of the theory,several representative of the domestic and foreign derivative commercial design,select the representative characteristics of each case,comb out their key control factors,in-depth analysis of the role and impact of this factor,through these case studies,can inspire us to the commercial initial design of the subway station has a greater impact on the control factors.And then through the author participated in a project practice project as a case to verify the role and effectiveness of the various control factors,the project from concept planning to the design of the design,each stage design,to take into account each control factors,and then will they in-depth analysis and reasonable solution,make the project itself can better serve the city and the people,at the same time,in the spirit of practice,get the design control factors in this paper.Finally,the six design control factors summarized in the previous angles are elaborated and explained,and the adaptability and importance of each factor to different projects are further obtained,and the possibility of other aspects is also studied as the conclusion of this paper.
