| With the rapid development and regeneration of modern technology, there is a big leap in productivity in modern society. In this case, global economy has been promoted. If modern technology is a high-speed engine, then energy is the essential engine fuel to drive the aircraft. Energy gives vitality to technology, while technology provides platform to energy to realize its value. The interaction of energy and technology has become the main theme of human life in the new century.Compared with the old society, people’s living standard has greatly improved because of technology and energy. Goods and materials became richer, the living environment is much more comfortable, and transportation is even more convenient. However, we can’t ignore that we became increasingly dependent upon energy. With the outbreak of the energy crisis and the deterioration of ecological environment, people finally come to realize the importance of energy-saving and environmental protection, which has produced the concept "energy-saving and emission reduction".In recent decades, China’s economy has developed rapidly while it also consumes a lot of energy and causes great damage to the environment. As the pillar industry of our country, the construction industry is undoubtedly one of the most energy-consuming ones, which covers a wide range and has a large number of employees. Its closely related upstream and downstream industries are mostly also big consumers of energy. In addition, the pollution made by construction industry is also very serious and has produced a bad effect to the ecological environment.Facing the urgent situation of current construction industry’s energy-saving and emission-reducing work, a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system for the construction project needs to be designed quickly to evaluate practical energy-saving and emission-reducing situation accurately and provide a reference and basis for the control work. This will be benefit to standardize and guide the green-sustainable development of construction industry. So it’s worthy of a further research.Therefore, based on the research of the related theory of energy-saving and emission-reduction in construction engineering, this paper fully learns the advanced experience from developed countries and actively explores the regularity of energy-saving and emission-reduction work in construction projects, which based on our domestic circumstance. This paper aims at constantly analyzing and summarizing, and then sorting out the ideas of the system-building research gradually. After formally establishing the index system of comprehensive evaluation, this paper successfully constructs a frame model of "comprehensive evaluation system of construction project energy-saving and emission-reduction" by using AHP, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, system analysis method and other scientific utility methods. And this paper also illustrates the specific steps in detail. Finally, this paper takes a housing construction project for example to analyze and test the comprehensive evaluation system, and thus proves the feasibility and practicality of this system. |
