In order to meet the need of market and speed up integration with the world economy, more than 20 years, by learning from Chinese construction enterprises, promotion, development, and innovation "of lubuge" experience from the implementation of the "project construction" started with project management as the starting point, strongly promote construction enterprise management gradually institutionalized, normalized, fine, information and science. However, Chinese construction companies in the implementation of the "project construction" process has not been easy, experienced by not adapting to gradually adapt to the process.In July 2012, China Petroleum Jilin Chemical Engineering metal structures the company(hereinafter referred to as the metal structure company) the successful development of the Linde gas(Jilin) limited hydrogen project equipment(civil engineering, drainage, heating, ventilation) project(hereinafter referred to as the Linde gas projects).
