Abstract/Summary:
Hydropower plant computer monitoring system with the progress of computers and networks are evolving, the computer monitor can effectively improve the automation level of hydropower plants,ensure hydropower plant and power system reliable operation.Creating conditions for unattened hydropower plants and automated management of power plants. In the hydropower plant computer monitoring system, LCU is an important part, its performance directly determines the working conditions of the entire hydropower plant monitoring system.This paper based on the domestic and international hydropower plant computer monitoring system and LCU development process reviewed,on the basis of summing up the existing research,general descripe the LCU of foziling hydropower Plant Design.Combined Foziling Hydropower Plant demand for LCU of the device,determine the design control scheme using PLC and touch screen combination.Firstly,Combining LCU and PLC functions,according to its design principles design the LCU system.The LCU hardware system design includes the unit in a reasonable selection of each module of the device structure design, hardware configuration and network configuration.The LCU sofrware system design includes establishment of a database, unit control flowchart design and unit control program.Finally completed the design of monitoring system for LCU,Fast Ethernet of 100 Mbps was adopted to communicate between generator sets and the upper machine,increases the transfer rate of the network.The system used touch screen as human-machine interface in LCU and configurations were made according to the system function.After completion of the monitoring system design, it is possible to achieve computer monitoring system for hydropower station control requirements, improve work efficiency, for the hydropower plant to achieve "Unattended" lay a solid foundation...
