This topic is:"Huadian Fujian Gutian hydropower plant computer Monitoring and control system design," the main purpose of the research is according to the real demand of Huadian Fujian branch set controlled the development strategy planning and the sustainable development of Gutian power plant, Gutian power plant centralized control design of the monitoring system in the heart of computer, in order to meet the 2015 level after completion of the electrical system of the power plant project, to the newly built power plant control room for the centralized control, centralized control of Gutian River four cascade hydropower station, in order to raise the level of automation of power plant equipment, and optimizing the load distribution, and achieve the objective of reduced efficiency.The main content of this thesis includes:(1), according to the actual situation of Gutian power plant, the personnel allocation plan control management mode; (2), according to the control requirements of the construction, the system structure, hardware configuration set computer monitoring system control center; (3), according to the set control the construction requirements, the function scheme set computer monitoring system control center. (4), according to the development trend of inter station communication monitoring computer network structure and hydropower plant computer, proposed the Gutian water power control mode of communication network structure and the station should be selected; (5), advanced function of computer monitoring system of AGC, AVC and so on, and the economic operation of hydropower plant are discussed Gutian River hydropower plant, and discusses the implementation and further improving the feasibility of unattended.This study aims at the Gutian River Hydropower Station four power station computer monitoring system, the existing site conditions and ongoing Hydropower Station electromechanical system renovation project, planning a set of communication control center computer monitoring system structure, software and hardware configuration, network structure, between stations, to meet the Gutian hydropower plant to achieve four centralized monitoring and control, to improve the level of automation and streamlining of purpose, and through the application of AGC, AVC and other advanced software to optimize the cascade reservoir scheduling, improve water utilization, and ultimately achieve the additional.
