National twelfth five-year target is construction of the smart grid, AC-DC power with rod transmission can be realized in the future and exacerbated the transformer DC bias problem in the power system. DC bias will cause the loss of transformer and the temperature increases, the vibration and noise, and even split the whole power system. At the same time, harmonic and reactive power is another important parameters of power system and harmonic management directly affect the quality of electric energy. Reactive power imbalance is not conducive to the normal and stable operation of power system. The existing reactive power compensation device is mainly for the active reactive power compensation and passive reactive power compensation. Both inevitable will occupy substation a lot of space. It has complex structure, slow response speed, continuous poor controllability, grid impact ability is weak, cannot satisfy the dynamic reactive power compensation and other defects. This is bad for electric power system on the synergy, autonomy, and the development direction of self-healing.At the same time, the energy crisis has been all over the world. The development and save energy is a national priority. Unit of China energy created by national income is low, energy consumption, low efficiency, according to the national "development and saving resources, and give top priority to save" policies. Reduce the power loss in the network has an important strategic position. Therefore, improve the utilization rate of equipment and system energy, energy saving, environmental protection is one of the major principle of the economic construction of our country. The purpose of this paper is to put forward a kind of new type power transformer with controllable reactor functions can inhibition DC bias, filter, reactive power compensation, etc.Firstly, Studying on two phase composite magnetic materials magnetic and demagnetization filling technology. The high remanence and low coercive force of nano two-phase composite material is got. The composition, process, meticulous and details of the demagnetization filling technology in this paper are researched. The material of magnetization and demagnetization current accurately are mastered for the extensive use of this new material provides a theoretical basis.Secondly, Two magnetic analysis method was provided. Magnetic circuit- circuit dual transformation method and magnetic conductivity- capacitance analogy modeling method do the comparison. It provides the theoretical foundation for the following research. Three decoupling scheme was proposed for the transformer and reactor together. To ensure each operation and has carried on the preliminary demonstration, points out the deficiencies and advantages. Finally, the new type of power transformer with functions of controllable reactor has carried on the structure and the electromagnetic design.Finally, The commercial software for new type of power transformer are simulated and experimental. Comprehensive analysis the new transformer parameters such as magnetic density, excitation current is analyzed to prove the feasibility of the scheme.
