| The modern power system requires the transmission of power system design capacity as much as possible while ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid.In the field of ultra-high voltag transmission,magnetic controlled reactor as its core components can adjust the capability of itself automatically and smoothly along with the change of the transmission power and restrain the over-voltage of the system.In the field of low voltage distribution,the magnetic controlled reactor can form a static var compensator to compensate reactive power and improve the power factor of the power grid.The research of magnetic controlled reactor has certain engineering application significance.Based on the theoretical research and practical application of the group,the transformation of traditional iron core reactor is carried out,the new topology structure of magnetic controlled reactor was constructed,and the impedance transformation theory of magnetic controlled reactor was studied.Finally,the magnetic controlled reactor is developed and applied to the soft starter of high power motor and its application effect is good.What have done and achievements obtained are as follows:Firstly,this paper discuss the topological structure and working principle of magnetic controlled reactor,estable the equivalent model of magnetic controlled reactor.According to the model,the paper deduced impedance transformation mechanism of the thyristor type magnetic controlled reactor and the IGBT type magnetic controlled reactor.The software of Matlab is used to simulation and verify the correctness of impedance transformation mechanism.Secondly,the design of magnetic controlled reactor is completed,including reactance converter,impedance converter,impedance controller and other parts of the magnetic controlled reactor.In the end,a prototype of magnetic controlled reactor is presented,and the auxiliary design software of the magnetic controlled reactor is made by using QT.Thirdly,according to the prototype of magnetic controlled reactor,the model is built by using the finite element electromagnetic simulation software Ansoft Maxwell.Combined with the simulation results,the magnetic characteristics and harmonic characteristis of the magnetic controlled reactor under different control angles are analyzed,which provides the basis for the optimization in high power applications.Fourthly,the soft start system of magnetic controlled reactor is constructed.The system is composed of a magnetic controlled reactor and a motor in series,the relationship of the magnetic controlled reactor impedance transformation is used to change the series impedance ratio of the magnetic controlled reactor impedance and the motor impedance to realize voltage regulating and current limiting in the soft starting of the motor.Fifthly,the application of the fuzzy PID control algorithm in the soft starter is studied.The application shows that the magnetic controlled reactor has a good limiting starting current effect of the motor,and verifies the correctness of the impedance transformation principle of magnetic controlled reactor. |
