At present, the high voltage synthetic circuit is a kind of economic and effective test equipment for breaking capacity of high voltage circuit breaker, it will better reflect the switching ability of the switch. When high pressure synthetic tests are performed, A large number of test parameters of high pressure synthetic test need to clear, so that each time the test is carried out to calculate the complexity of the parameters. The thesis is consist of compution of current source parameters, calculation of voltage source circuit parameters and automatic calculation of parameters.In this thesis,combined with the construction of synthetic test station, in order to improve the efficiency of the synthetic test, the calculation algorithm of synthetic test parameters is prepared, automatic parameter calculation interface is designed, When the experiment is carried out, the convenience and accuracy of the parameter calculation are guaranteed.Current source circuit parameter calculation is mainly aimed at the principle analysis of oscillation discharge circuit, frequency modulation circuit and arc circuit of the current source circuit, and the test parameters are calculated, and the corresponding algorithm is compiled;The calculation of voltage source circuit parameters is mainly aimed at the analysis and calculation of the two parameter frequency modulations and the four parameters frequency modulation circuit, Determining the waveform of transient recovery voltage during the opening of the high voltage circuit breaker. In this paper,based on the previous study of the four parameters algorithm, combined with computer software for the four parameters of the frequency modulation loop algorithm programming,the waveform of the transient recovery voltage is defined. Accurate frequency modulation parameters are obtained. At the same time,according to the conditions of different test methods, different test current and voltage of the composite test station, programmed the parameter automatic calculation interface, the test parameter needed for the main loop of the synthetic test are calculated automatically. Under the condition of clear main circuit test parameters, In the test, the method of the combination of components, the distribution method and the position of the contact is calculated. The relevant parameter are obtained when the experiment is carried out. Finally, the simulation software is used to simulate the calculated data.The completion of the above work has achieved the computer aided analysis and design goal of the test parameters of the synthetic circuit. The design of this paper improves the accuracy and convenience of the calculation of the test parameters of the synthetic circuit, it also provid reference to the intelligent direction for other high voltage synthetic test circuit parameter calculation.
