In power system,if there is a short-circuit condition at a certain location,the circuit breaker can cut off the current rapidly within the limits of safe operation.Because the breaking process of the circuit breaker is completed in a moment,the short circuit current is too late to impact the power grid and has been disconnected,which greatly reduces the loss of the equipment,reduces the mechanical stress,and ensures the safe operation of the power grid.The synthetic circuit method has become an effective way to detect the breaking capacity of all kinds of circuit breakers.It improves the convenience and economy of the experiment,and also guarantees its equivalence.The synthesis circuit is the indirect test method of current source and voltage source from two independent sources.The current source circuit supplies the test current,and the voltage source circuit supplies the test voltage.In recent years,experts and scholars both at home and abroad have been keen on the study of synthetic loop tests.In this paper,the simulation and design of the synthetic circuit test are carried out,the process of the test is modeled and the simulation results are compared with the theoretical values to verify the reasonableness of the selected parameters.In this paper,the working principle of the synthetic circuit test is analyzed in detail,and the synthetic circuit experiment system is designed according to the principle of the experimental circuit.Then,the current source discharge circuit and voltage source discharge circuit and the relevant parameters in the frequency modulation loop are designed and calculated.Through simulation software,the core part of the circuit is simulated by short-circuit discharge current waveform and transient TRV waveform.The rationality of the experiment is verified by comparing the final simulation result with the theoretical calculation.Then the parameters of the voltage source circuit and the current source loop are calculated and designed to achieve the same purpose with the theoretical value,and the function of automatic power failure can be realized in the process of system charging.Finally,the control part of the circuit is designed,the single chip microcomputer is used to control the system,and the time of the input of the voltage source is controlled accurately to ensure the smooth progress of the experiment.Finally,the software design of the experiment is completed.MATLAB is used to build the circuit for simulation and verification.The simulation results show that the parameters selected by the test meet the actual requirements,and can accurately check the breaking capacity of circuit breakers.
