As one of the important sub-projects of the construction industry,template engineering,s poor technology has seriously restricted the development of the construction industry.The development and research of the new template has become an important means to improve the construction efficiency and ensure the construction quality.The development of new templates not only has the social benefits of protecting environmental and resources,but also has the economic benefits of saving construction cost.As a new new type of green building template,PVC plastic template has been applied in some construction projects and achieved a good construction effect.However,there are relatively few studies on the performance of PVC plastic formwork.On the basis of summarizing the development and application of different kinds of materials and different forms of templates,this paper puts forward a system of modular PVC plastic formwork.Two sets of template system with different frame and back arris were designed,and two sets of template system were studied respectively,the main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)The steel frame plastic template system was designed,the strength and rigidity of each member of the steel frame plastic template system were checked,and the concreting test of the wall formwork system is carried out.It is proved that this system has sufficient strength and stability to withstand the lateral pressure of concrete pouring.(2)According to the designs and construction experiences of the steel frame plastic formwork system,the aluminum frame plastic template system with a lighter weight and stronger load bearing capacity was designed.The strength and rigidity of the system were checked,and the concreting test of the wall formwork is carried out.It is proved that the system is reasonable stress and can be used in actual project.(3)The finite element model of he aluminum frame plastic template system built by the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.According to the real situation,the boundary condition of the model is set up,and the lateral pressure generated by concrete pouring is simplified as the triangular distribution load.The results of calculation and analysis are in good agreement well with the internal force checking results and the test results,and prove that the test method is correct and the test scheme is reasonable.(4)After the template were removed,the wall was inspected for appearance,including the flatness,perpendicularity and angle deviation of the corner.According to the standard,the PVC plastic formwork system can be applied in actual engineering.
