The traditional supporting structure generally cannot be recycled,resulting in waste of resources.But the assemble and recoverable deep foundation pit support body can be recycled completely by the support system.In this paper,the vertical beam,cross beam and anchor cable(rod)of prefabricated support system are designed,and the internal forces of supporting system are simulated by Abaqus software during excavation,backfill and recovery of supporting structure system.The main conclusion obtains:(1)The design contents and the calculation methods of the assembled recoverable vertical supports,crossbeams and anchor rods(rope)support systems have been proposed.(2)The changing rule of supporting internal force is obtained by analysis.The change of internal force of supporting structure is mainly caused by prestress in the case of no overload excavation and no overload recovery,and when there is overloading excavation,the change of internal force of foundation pit support becomes secondary.The effect of overloading is the main factor.(3)The law of internal force variation at contact point is obtained by analysis.The internal force of crossbeam and vertical beam joints are increased first and then decreased when excavated without overload and overload,and the internal force of crossbeam and anchor cable joints shows an increasing trend of fluctuation.In the recovery process,the moment of joint of the vertical beam and the crossbeam is decreasing,the shear force fluctuates greatly,and the moment of the joint of the beam and the anchor cable is a growth trend..(4)The internal force of the beam is increased according to the recovery process,in order to ensure the safety of the supporting structure,the recovery coefficient is added to the checking calculation of internal force,according to the analysis of overload,the internal force of vertical beam is increased,In order to ensure the safety of the vertical beam,the overloading coefficient is added to the formula of checking the internal force...
