Research On The Planning And Design Of Suburban Agriculturail Demonstration Garden

Argiculture is very important for China. Single traditional agricultural production model is no longer able to meet the growing demand for products. The development of society and economy improve people’s income levels.Single production cannot meet their demands. Then Suburban Agricultural Demonstration Garden rises. It relies on its unique geographical advantages and favorable environmental advantages.It use high-tech production methods and production equipment for production,and enriching its functional role.It meets the needs of residents while providing people with leisure, science education, tourism and other services.At first,I previous research on the basis of its analysis of the role.Urban Agriculture and suburban agriculture coexist with modern agriculture in the development process. For the similarities and differences,I provide an observation of the similarities and differences.Then I discusses its development and evolution. It researchs the background and status quo of suburban agriculture produce.Secondly,I analysis the problem of suburban agriculture park during the concern through the town of Sha Tou Yangzhou Modern Agricultural Park, Shanghai Sunqiao Modern Agricultural Park, Anhui Lakeside modern agricultural.Then, I study the planning and construction background, location analysis, service objects, functional area, set up the project settings, landscape construction and research infrastructure construction and other aspects to get construction of suburban agriculture park planning and design system.At last,I’d like to take the JianHu suburban Argricultural Garden for example to support my theory. The project began in December 2012, which lasted more than a year’s time.During the program, party A has different requirements on the range of planning, developing positioning. So the research has also created a program at different stages of achievement. The article elaborates backgrounds in terms of location, source markets and agricultural infrastructure conditions. According the demand of the positioning and goal, the core area is divided into three parts.They are agricultural production areas, boutique agricultural demonstration zones and management services.The first two parts focus on the production function, demonstration,research and spread.The last one focus on the tourism.And then I make a special planning on the management service area,the road,the plants, the landscape architecture and the entrance.The management service area designs with "five senses".I explain the charm of the park,recreational fishing village-hearing, seniors farm-tactile, youth development centers-visual, picking sightseeing greenhouse-smell, greenhouse restaurant-taste.Then I summary the article to advance.The article explore the development of suburban agriculture scenario planning program.It will enrich the relevant theory and practice,improving our suburban agricultural system with a reference value and facilitating role.
