In recent years, various vehicles are being installed various types of video and audio monitoring terminal products for the protection of property and personal safety. The vehicle video and audio terminal power system is easily affected by the vehicle generator, ignition system, and other load and electrical interference, which affect the normal use of the terminal. According to the product failure statistics, vehicle power supply has the largest damage rate among all parts, which will inevitably disrupt the normal use of terminal equipment. It is important to develop a vehicle power supply system which improve the anti-jamming capability of the automotive electronic products and ensure the stability of the vehicle electrical system.This topic uses the DC-DC power management chip and super capacitors and other new technology, design a power 120W, DC6-36V of wide input voltage, buck-boost supporting system vehicle voltage stabilizing power supply system. The system can take real-time monitoring of input and output of voltage and current and will trigger the automatic protection if there is fault like over-voltage or short circuit.In this project, the design and development of the vehicle power supply system has been completed, and the simulation experiment is carried out and the actual road test is carried out. The reliability of the design scheme is proved. which helps to verify the feasibility of the designed scheme.The power supply system can meet the demand of the car video/audio monitoring system.
