With the development of aerospace industry, the requirement for new spacecraft ground test equipment is becoming higher. Zero gravity multidimensional unfolding test apparatus is to meet the requirements of Aerospace Institute project construction. It is to Study the Zero gravity multidimensional unfolding test apparatus and to balance the products’ own gravity and simulate the product in-obit weightlessness condition. And it is also to verify the product in-orbit movement function. Through the zero gravity multidimensional unfolding test device,it is to simulate the condition of products movement in weightlessness space and meet the test requirements and ensure that the products on the ground physical simulation can test smoothly.In this paper, the main work and achievements are as follows:1.To study zero gravity multidimensional test apparatus implementation scheme in comparison. It is mainly for the realization of long stroke constant tension and implement of passive servo follow implementation scheme and to analysis individual scheme’ s feasibility.And it is finally to determine the final implement scheme. It is to carry on the simulation for this and find out the existing problems and the insufficiency and for further optimization and ultimately make it meet the test requirements.2.To conduct the mechanism design for the air flotation constant tension device. It is to use a single cylinder structure without friction to achieve high precision constant tension hanging and make the overall structure more concise and lighter and meet the requirements of stroke in the process of multi-dimensional unfolding. It is to conduct the emulation of the air flotation device and adjust the key parameters for finer step.3.The mechanical structure design for passive servo device. The main research contents are to reduce the impact of friction on the following as much as possible. It is to construct an environment of low friction so as to realize the gravity center of the specimen to follow and ensure the specimen of hanging.In this paper, the implementation scheme of zero gravity multidimensional expansion device is discussed. It is to conduct the mechanical structure design and simulation for the feasible scheme. Thus the verification of the feasibility of the program can be furthered and a certain experimental basis and theoretical basis for the subsequent processing and manufacturing can be provided.
