| Currently, the urbanization is gradually accelerating. Transport demand is growing rapidly. Ground transportation is unable to adapt to the growing traffic demand which generated by the people’s lives and economic activity. The important way to deal with the problems in the urban traffic is to develop the rail-based public transport system.Metro project is the key of promoting urban economic development However, the long construction period, and difficult construction, complex technically, and the high demands in quality management are the problems in the metro project. Therefore, within the current stage the Metro constructions are booming, to study quality management evaluation in the metro construction project is important.First, sort out theory development of the quality management and quality management evaluation, Introduce project quality management theory, such as total quality management theory and other theories. Describe the comprehensive evaluation theory and methods, such as AHP, ANP and artificial neural network evaluation methodSecondly, after systematic analyzing the features and quality management status in metro construction project, we are going to analyze the characteristics of the metro construction projects, to determine the design principles of index system and identify important evaluation elements, to build index system overall framework. Combine the Fuzzy evaluation method and Analytic Network Process, then, use the model in the real metro project.Finally, The Fuzzy AHP evaluation method is used to one section of Tianjin Metro Project, Analyze the quality management of a metro construction project in Tianjin, using Fuzzy_ANP to make scientific and objective evaluation of quality management implementation status. Analyze evaluate effectiveness and evaluation results of this metro project quality management. Demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of Fuzzy_ANP, at the same time give some relevant suggestions. Summarize the research process and findings and look to the future research directions. |
